Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

10.30am - 11am: Aqua

11.15am - 11.45am: HIIT

High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

12pm - 12.30pm: Abs Attack

A short 30-minute HIIT style class that focuses on improve your core strength and abdominal endurance.

5.30pm - 6pm: Bootcamp

Interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

6.15pm - 6.45pm: EMOM

EMOM (which stands for every minute on the minute) is a type of interval workout where you perform a specific task at the start of every minute for a set amount of time.

Tuesday:

10.30am - 11am: Body Blast

All over body workout.

11.15am - 11.45am: Abs Attack

A short 30-minute HIIT style class that focuses on improve your core strength and abdominal endurance.

2pm - 3pm: Yoga

A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a mediative element.

5.30pm - 6pm: Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

6.15pm - 7.15pm: Pilates

Wednesday:

Performance of aerobic exercise in the swimming pool.

11.15am - 11.45am: Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

12pm - 12.20pm: Abs Attack

A short 30-minute HIIT style class that focuses on improve your core strength and abdominal endurance.

BoxFit is a type of high-intensity cardiovascular training using combat moves.
